• Users register with email. Buyers and sellers may be asked to verify a mobile number: we send a one-time SMS code via Twilio (or a similar provider) for account security. Verification codes are short-lived and not stored after use; your verified status and formatted phone number may be kept on your account.
• Sellers may provide phone numbers on listings (shown to buyers after unlock).
• Unlock payments are processed by Razorpay; we store order and payment references for accounting and support.
• Messages between buyers and sellers are stored to provide the chat feature.
